Bio: A new addition to the Spirit squad for this season, Hempenstall has impressed with her accurate and economical medium pacers at Cricket Australia Cup and club level. She was named in the 2008/09 VWCA Premier Firsts Team of the Year, having taken 26 wickets at 18.2, with a best of 5/14. A human movement student, ‘Big Red’ will help provide a good vibe around the change rooms and will be ready to step up when the opportunity comes. Who has had the biggest influence on your life?
