Bio: A hard-hitting top-order batter and member of the Shooting Stars, Melton played both Twenty20 matches for the Spirit last season and was also one of the leading run-scorers in Victoria’s CA Cup team and she will be looking to build on those opportunities this year. Playing for club side Brunswick Park, Melton made 967 runs at an average of 80.6 (including one knock of 205) and picked up 14 wickets at 16.8 to be named in the VWCA Premier Firsts Team of the Year.
